All final product prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. Product prices may be subject to periodic variations. For some products and specific offers, shipping costs are included. For all other products, shipping costs are borne by the user.

How to Place an Order
You must fill in all the fields of the product configurator for the desired item and then add it to the cart.
Once you have selected all the desired products, click on the Cart to view your summary.
Next, fill in the form so that we can create your customer file and finalize your order.
You will receive an email confirming your order. This order will only be valid after payment confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the order.

Orders up to €150 — Shipping cost: €7.99
Orders equal to or above €150 — Free shipping
Market: Portuguese Islands
Orders up to €500 — Shipping cost: €60

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order up until the start of production (the 1st working day after payment confirmation).
All amounts will be refunded in case of cancellation.
Returns
Returns are subject to prior inspection by our Technical/Commercial Department and will be handled in accordance with the Product’s Characteristics/Quality.
In accordance with Portuguese law, consumers have the right to return a purchased product within a minimum of 14 days from the date of receipt, without the need for any justification, and to the address mentioned above.
Only products that are not custom-made can be returned. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase.
Warranty
All products sold by STORESRAPID have a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
If any defect is found in the product, we will take responsibility for the repair.
STORESRAPID is not responsible for any damage caused by:
Incorrect installation;
Inadequate maintenance;
Installation in corrosive environments;
Minor color differences between the Digital Catalogue and the Supplied Product.
