We are currently recruiting a Customer Support Administrative Assistant for e-commerce (M/F)
Job description:
Telephone support;
Clarification of customer queries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, emails, messages and phone;
Customer support.
Required profile:
Professional experience in administrative roles and customer service, preferably by phone;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
Fluent English and Spanish. Knowledge of other languages will be valued;
Driving licence (preferred).
Conditions: to be agreed.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (8 working hours + 1-hour lunch break).
